Upon admission and discharge from the hospital of foreign citizens, the Federal State Budgetary Institution "FCSSH" of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation (Astrakhan) performs migration registration actions – registration and de-registration with state bodies on migration registration.

In this regard, upon admission to the hospital, it is necessary to provide a complete set of documents for the patient and the customer:

1. An identity document.
2. A document confirming the legal stay of a foreign citizen in Russia 
   (migration card, visa, registration, etc.).
3. The insurance policy (if any), it is advisable to provide a copy of it.
