In order to implement anti-corruption measures carried out by the Federal State Budgetary Institution "FSSCC" of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation (Astrakhan), to increase the effectiveness of ensuring that employees comply with prohibitions, restrictions, obligations and rules of official conduct, and to form intolerance to corrupt behavior in society, the Federal State Budgetary Institution "FSSCC" of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation (Astrakhan) operates a "Helpline" on anti-corruption issues:

Before sending an appeal to the "Helpline" of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "FSSCC" of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation (Astrakhan), we recommend that you familiarize yourself with information about the functioning of the "Helpline", the purposes of its creation and the rules for receiving messages, as well as federal laws No. 59-FZ dated May 2, 2006 "On the procedure for considering appeals from Citizens of the Russian Federation" and No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data" and with Article 306 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.

Rules for receiving messages on the "helpline"
Information on the facts of corruption manifestations in the actions of employees of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "FCSSH" of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation (Astrakhan) is accepted and considered by the "hotline" on anti-corruption issues.
Not considered:
- anonymous appeals (without specifying the surname of the citizen who sent the appeal);
- appeals that do not contain a postal address or a "on demand" addressee to which a response should be sent;
- appeals that do not relate to the corrupt actions of employees of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "FCSSH" of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation (Astrakhan).
Confidentiality of the request is guaranteed.
The time of receiving requests by the "helpline".
Reception and recording of requests by the "Helpline" is carried out from Monday to Friday – from 8.00 to 17.00 local time, except weekends and holidays.
Please note that article 306 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation provides for criminal liability for knowingly false denunciation of the commission of a crime.
