2008 – completed a cycle of professional development programs in «Nursing Management» at the State Budget Institution of Vocational Education Astrakhan Base Medical College.
2009 – completed an internship in «Nursing Management» and «Healthcare Management» at the State Budget Education Institution Nizhny Novgorod State Medical Academy.

Lead an active research activity, participates and organizes conferences and scientific events. An author and co-author of scientific articles, thesis and papers, including magazines from the list of the Higher Attestation Commission. Natalia is a co-author and developer of medical database «IMS: nursing station» and «IMS: Central Sterile Services Department». An author of the project «Chief nurse reference» based on the principles of the «evidence-based nursing» - an approach based on evidence. Since 2016, Natalia has been a member of the editorial team of the «Nurse» magazine of the publishing house «Prosveshchenie». Since 2016, she has been the head of the Astrakhan Regional Public Organization «association of Medical Workers of High Tech Centers».

2007 - 2008 – chief nurse at the unit of Anesthesiology and Reanimation of the Volgograd State Medical University, Clinic No. 1, Volgograd.
Since 2008, Anna has been working on the position of Chief Nurse at the Federal Center for Cardiovascular Surgery in Astrakhan.
Since the Center opened, she has recruited over 2000 junior and middle medical employees and has demonstrated excellent results in her work of recruiting staff in the sphere of nursing.
